Subject: Akta Graco Belogic Compliance with the European standard concerning toxic substances

We have been made aware of tests performed by the Danish Consumer Council a private independent membership organization of which, the results shows the presence of a number of chemical substances exceeding a certain threshold.

As parents ourselves, ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers is GRACO’s first priority.

All our products are manufactured in accordance with all the existing EU legislation and safety requirements.

We also have the products re-tested at regular intervals to ensure ongoing compliance.

We work closely with independent third party laboratories to ensure our products meet and exceed the applicable standards.

We therefore confirm that consumers can safely use our Akta Graco Belogic as Akta Graco Belogic fully passed the existing European standard concerning chemical substances per the provided certificate.

Under the general principles of free movement of goods as contained in article 28 -30 of the EC Treaty our product "Akta Graco Belogic" can continue to be sold throughout the entire European Union.
